• SOUND & LIGHT PROGRAMME on all days between 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm.

• Tickets for Adults Rs 40 / head, Children above 7 years and below 12 years Rs 25 / head

• Timings: Everyday from 10am to 5.30 pm.
   

• Illumination timings
  Sundays & Public Holidays :7pm - 7.45 pm
   

• Taking Photographs inside Mysore Main Palace building is strictly prohibited

• Traveling to Mysore
  By air :
  The nearby airport is the Bangalore international airport (which is 140 km from here).
  
  By train:
  Mysore is well connected by railways from all the parts of the country. Traveling by train is the easiest way to reach the palace.
  
  By bus:
  Bus services are available every 5 minutes from Bangalore. Luxury and normal buses are also available, which costs about 300 Rs.
