The Palace is open for public visit from 10.00 A.M to 5.30 P.M
The palace is fully illuminated on all Government Holidays & Sundays between 7.00 PM to 8.00 PM I.S.T.
The palace is illuminated at end of Sound & Light Show for 15 minutes.
Sound and Light Show of Mysuru Palace is from Monday to Saturday between 7.00 P.M to 7.45 P.M. After the of show attendees can enjoy the spectacular view of the main building which will be illuminated for 15 minutes
There is no fee for entering the palace premises. But entry is restricted only for attendees during sound and light show.
Following fees are applicable for entering the palace main building.
Indian Adults / Foreign Nationals: Rs. 50
Children below 10 years: Free
Children between 10 – 18 Years: Rs. 30
Educational Tour: Rs. 10 (The group must bring letter from the school duly signed by the principal or head of the institution to avail this discounted price)

You can buy tickets online at www.mysorepalace.gov.in and tickets are also available at Varha Gate in palace premises
No. Photography and Video is strictly prohibited inside the palace. However visitors can click the spectacular views of Mysuru Palace within the palace premises
No. Carrying food is not encouraged.
During Dasara entry to palace main building will be closed. But you can enter to the palace premises and enjoy.
Note: Entry to palace premises is closed for general public on Vijaya Dahami day.
